Best viewed with a high speed connection.  Although we provide a "dial up" version of the videos, for fast viewing, these videos use a smaller screen size as well as a less than optimal encoding, i.e. they will be fuzzy.  The Windows Media Player and QuickTime Players both use a progressive download, which means the video will start playing while it is still downloading.  These videos can be viewed over a dial up connection, though the time before the video starts will be slower, and the video may stop and start.  If this happens, simply wait until the video completes, and without closing the player window, click the play button on the media player to replay the video.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties viewing our Internet Videos, please read the FAQ section on Viewing Videos.
